Easy Return Policy- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return most new and unopened items!
- We make returns easy, simply return your order within 30 days of receipt.
- We'll
refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- Please circle the item you wish to return on a copy of your original packing slip or sales order receipt.
- Please write a reason for return.
- Please provide a telephone number in case we have questions.
- A 10% - 25% restocking fee is applied to all returns, unless approved by management.
- Items which are marked "Special Order" or "Final Sale" or "Closeout” are non-returnable.
All Victor Mill Bedding is non-refundable as they are special made and handcrafted in the USA.
- All
items must be returned in there original packaging including;
documentation, warranty cards, manuals, all accessories, security
seal, and shrink wrap.
- We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled.
- Items warrantied by the manufacturer must be returned or exchanged to the manufacturer.
- Please insure items and obtain a tracking number for any returns.
- All return shipping costs related must be pre-paid by the customer.
If you believe that an item is missing from your shipment: Please verify that the missing item is identified on the receipt located inside the shipping box. Please note, only items shipped are printed on the packing list and charged on your credit card. If an item in your order is not in stock, we will notify you via email on the backorder and we will NOT charge your credit card for that item.
If you believe that we shipped and charged your credit card and a product is missing, please contact us immediatelyDamaged or Defective Merchandise I received the wrong product Refused Shipments:
If you refuse your
shipment you will be charged the actual cost of shipping your order. If
you received free shipping you will be charged the actual cost of
shipping and the return shipping. Fresh Fruit Gift BasketsFDA regulations require fresh fruit to not be in transit more than three (3) days or sit at the carriers warehouse over the weekend. USPS, Fed Ex, and UPS will attempt three (3) deliveries, after the third attempt it is required for the items to be returned to us. If any fresh fruit gift baskets are returned to us for any reason, the entire contents must be discarded.
If they are returned for an error caused by us, it will be replaced and reshipped at no additional cost to you. If an error occurs on the fault of the customer (example: incorrect address, etc), it will be discarded and a refund will not be issued.
